Olive Bistro supports local, Alberta, sustainable farms. The chef-inspired menu features classic Canadian dishes with flavours from France, Greece, Spain and Italy. All meals rely on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, such as regional produce, BC seafood, and Alberta beef and game. Chefs make all meals on-site. In addition, all soups, dressings, sauces, breads and desserts are made daily on site.
