Anna and Mike Cassio learned their families’ traditional recipes growing up in restaurant kitchens before moving to Jasper. They continue the family tradition of creating quality, delicious meals while also providing exceptional customer service. The chefs prepare authentic Italian cuisine, made in-house, from scratch, with fresh ingredients. The chefs use locally grown products wherever possible. Special requests are welcome, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. There are gluten-free pasta options as well as delicious vegetarian choices on the menu. Cassios continues to win the Certificate of Excellence award from TripAdvisor.
