Aalto’s inspiration runs deep. From Pyramid Lake’s shimmering waters to the sky-scraping peaks that tower above, we’ve translated our neighbouring natural wonders onto our menu. The result is what we call “lake-food” — alpine-inspired dining that spotlights Jasper’s finest regional flavours.
