Our pizza dough is freshly made and every pizza is hand-stretched. Along with our authentic, bell-shaped oven imported from Italy, we use highly refined 00 flour that contains low levels of high-quality gluten for easy digestion and endless enjoyment.
Our tomatoes come from the Campania region of Italy and are hand-milled to just the right texture. In the intense oven heat, they caramelize to sweet perfection. Along with fior-di-latte—which translates to “flower of milk” and is fresh pasteurized mozzarella cheese perfect for Neapolitan pizzas—we offer artisan pasta, fresh garden salads, craft beers, and cocktails, as well as premium gelato flavours and delicious tiramisu.
