Locally farmed and foraged fare is at the heart of what we do. Like the seasons, the menus are constantly changing to incorporate natural, local ingredients.

Breakfast Sandwich ($19): Brioche bun, fried egg, bacon strips, gouda, rosemary aioli, smashed potatoes

Salmon Benedict ($24): Poached Sparks’ eggs, beetroot salmon gravlax, kale, hollandaise, dill, pickled onions, capers, smashed potatoes

Forager’s Bowl ($21): Poached Sparks’ eggs, roots, greens, pickled vegetables, wild black rice and lentils, maple shallot vinaigrette. Substitute egg for Burmese style red lentil tofu.

Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes ($18): Stacked pancakes, berry jam, maple syrup. Add bacon for $4

Farmer’s Hash ($21): House farmer sausage, farmers cheese, smashed potatoes, greens, poached eggs, fermented blueberry hot sauce. Substitute egg for Burmese style red lentil tofu

Frittata ($20): Sparks eggs baked, zucchini, blistered tomatoes, herbs and greens, goat cheese, red onion marmalade, smashed potatoes

Beef Tartare ($19): Hand-cut Certified Angus Beef, Dijon, capers, cured egg yolk, lavash crackers

Little Green Salad ($16): Shaved roots, beets, crumbled goat’s cheese, pickled blueberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, micro greens, maple shallot vinaigrette. Add chicken or salmon $9

Chuck Steak Burger ($27): House-ground 7oz Certified Angus Beef, smoked cheddar, red onions marmalade, rosemary aioli, house pickles, house-cut fries. Add bacon $4. Add tomato and lettuce at no cost

Red Lentil Tofu ($26): Caramelized parsnip, miso pumpkin seed sauce, wild black rice and lentils, braised eggplant caponata, seed crumble

Forest and Field Pasta ($29): Roasted and pickled mushrooms, summer squash, pumpkin seed pistou, house made ricotta, cured egg, pumpkin pangrattato. Add chicken or Kuterra salmon $9
