Eggs Your Way ($24): Two free-range eggs any style, sausage or bacon, potato hash, tomato, seared mushroom, toast & house-made jam.

Breakfast Burrito ($22): Scrambled eggs, black beans, tomatoes, pickled red onions & spiced mint sauce, wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Served with potato hash, fries or green salad.

Burrito Vegano (22): Plant-based burrito featuring tofu scramble, black beans & spiced mint sauce, wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Served with potato hash, fries or green salad.

Chanterelle Skillet (23): A gluten-free, oven-baked Dutch-Baby pancake topped with garlic sour cream, scallions, smoked paprika butter & foraged chanterelle mushrooms.

Huevos Rancheros (23): Pan-fry tortillas, guajillo pepper sauce, two sunny side eggs, smoked cheddar, black bean puree, pico de gallo. Served with potato hash, fries or green salad.

Prairie Berry Waffle ($24): Crisp, delicate waffle with organic chèvre & mascarpone foam, topped with wild blueberry compote.
