The Prow is located in the award-winning Buffalo Mountain Lodge hotel on Tunnel Mountain Road. The menu includes game meats, excellent shareables, and our luxe pastas made proudly in house. CRMR is proud to present some familiar faces, with Lance Monteiro as Chef de Cuisine at The Prow. Monteiro was the Head Chef at Cilantro Restaurant and Bar C in Calgary, both under the CRMR banner, and returns with a force in Banff to flex his expertise and creativity.
