The Prow is a totally new restaurant in the award-winning Buffalo Mountain Lodge hotel on Tunnel Mountain Road. The concept is to bring guests amazing local cuisine in an approachable way, and catering to all dietary needs. The menu includes game meats, excellent shareables, and our luxe pastas made proudly in house. The Prow also offers creative cocktails, wine by the glass, craft beers and a delicious happy hour menu.
CRMR is proud to present some familiar faces, with Lance Monteiro as Chef de Cuisine at The Prow. Monteiro was the Head Chef at Cilantro Restaurant and Bar C in Calgary, both under the CRMR banner, and returns with a force in Banff to flex his expertise and creativity.
