Meaning “delicious,” Zyka is a new restaurant on the Banff scene that showcases elevated Indian cuisine including traditional dishes and exciting chef fusion creations.

Methi Malai Mattar ($19): Green peas cooked in rich Mughlai gravy with fenugreek leaves. Add paneer for $3.

Kadai Paneer ($19): Soft paneer cooked to perfection with peppers onion & tomato in house kadai masala

Shahi Paneer ($19): Slow cooked Indian cottage cheese in rich creamy tomato gravy with cashews. Can be served nut free.

Palak Paneer ($19): Paneer cooked in spinach puree, Indian spices

Palak Tofu ($19): Firm tofu in rich spinach gravy
