For lovers and hedonists. Grizzly House has been a landmark destination for visitors and locals since 1967. The Swiss-Canadian themed menu features a wide selection of fondues and sizzling hot rocks with traditional and exotic selections. Try Alberta beef, buffalo, caribou, elk, seafood or exotic game meats. The menu also offers alternative entrées, specialty appetizers and chocolate fondue for dessert. The bar offers international and Canadian Wines as well as cocktails. A unique atmosphere and delicious food makes for a dining experience like no other!
The Grizzly House honours its history with generations of decoration such as a wood-carved animal mounts, a totem pole and a mannequin riding a motorcycle. Restaurant guests will find working telephones at every table – a legacy from the restaurant’s early days as a disco nightclub. Enjoy views of Banff Avenue and the surrounding mountains from the heated sidewalk patio.
