UNA Pizza + Wine was created through multiple trips to San Francisco, where pizza and the restaurants serving California style pizzas are found in every neighbourhood and are often the anchor for each area. These restaurants welcomed everyone that lives within their community, and the creators of UNA wanted a place for friends and neighbours to gather in a warm and welcoming environment.
UNA’s dishes are inspired by California and the south of Spain, Italy & France. Their pizzas are cooked on stone deck ovens, which create the perfect, thin crust, artisan style pizza that’s crispy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. UNA prides itself on consistent, quality driven, tasty food that uses local suppliers and ingredients wherever possible. Everything from the pizza dough to the sauce and (almost) every topping is made in house. The uniquely curated wine list showcases small producers with an emphasis on quality.
