The Traditional ($15): 2 eggs any style, toast, choice of bacon or sausage or ham. Add tomato or avocado for $3.

Back Bacon Egg Benedict ($20): 2 poached eggs, English muffin, back bacon topped with hollandaise

Smokey Salmon Egg Benedict ($22): 2 poached eggs, English muffin, smoked salmon with creamy hollandaise

Spinach & Feta Egg Benedict ($20): 2 poached eggs, English muffin, wilted spinach, feta crumble topped with hollandaise

California Benedict ($21): 2 poached eggs, English muffin, guacamole, tomatoes, bacon slices & hollandaise sauce

Breakfast Croissant ($15): Warm croissant, fried egg, bacon, cheddar cheese. Add tomato or avocado inside for $3.

Steak & Egg ($26): AAA 6 oz. striploin cooked medium, 1 egg any style, bacon slice. Add 1 egg for $4 or add 2 slices of toast for $5.

The Combo ($23): 1 scrambled egg, 1 pancake, 1 French toast, 3 bacon slices, 3 sausages

Breakfast Quesadilla ($17): Egg, mushroom, onion, spinach, mozzarella, tortilla Montreal jack, bell pepper, salsa, sour cream. Add chorizo sausage for $3.

El Toro Taco ($18): 2 tacos with scrambled egg, chorizo sausage, pepper, cheddar, lettuce, served with side sour cream, salsa. Add 1 extra taco for $5.

Egg White Omelette ($17): 3 egg, spinach, mushroom, green onions, goat cheese, choice of toast. Add sliced tomato or half avocado on top for $3. Add house made salsa for $2.

Spanish Omelette ($17): 3 egg, red pepper, red onions, spinach, goat cheese, choice of toast. Add house made salsa for $2.

3 Cheese Omelette ($17): 3 egg, Manchego, cheddar, mozzarella, choice of toast. Add mushroom or ham for $3.

Breakfast Burrito ($16): 2 egg scrambled, salsa, pepper, onions, cheddar cheese, wrapped in flour tortilla. Add chorizo sausage for $3 and house made guacamole for $2.

El Toro Scramble ($15): 3 egg scrambled, ham, green onion, mushroom, aged cheddar, choice of toast

Pancakes ($16): 3 pancakes: choice of plain, raspberry, blueberry, or banana chocolate. Add bacon for $4.

French Toast ($15): 3 slices of French bread dipped in egg, sugar & cinnamon batter. Add bacon for $4. Add whipped cream for $2. Add raspberry or blueberry coulis for $2.

Soups & Salads

Roasted Red Pepper Soup ($10): A puree of fire roasted red peppers & tomatoes with a hint of roasted garlic

Curry Cauliflower Soup ($10): Roasted cauliflower, garlic, Thai red curry in coconut milk.

Warm Grilled Vegetable Stack ($13): Stack of Portobello mushroom, asparagus, red onion, tomato, zucchini & red pepper. Drizzled with a balsamic reduction & a sprinkle of goat’s cheese.

Caesar Salad (Small $10 / Large $15): Romaine lettuce, toasted croutons, smoked bacon, homemade dressing & parmesan cheese.

Tapas
Tapas, meaning “small plate” in Spanish, originated in the Basque region of Spain to accompany a glass of wine. They have now evolved & can be enjoyed as a starter or order a few for a full meal.

Manchego Cheese Flambé ($14): A Spanish sheep cheese flambé with brandy. Brought to your table on fire.

Sauza Cream Prawns ($16): Four tiger prawns sautéed with garlic in a tequila cream sauce.

Châteaubriand For Two ($99): Your choice of roasted red pepper soup, curry cauliflower soup, Caesar salad or El Toro salad. Top quality AAA beef tenderloin – 16 oz. meat, served with baby roasted potatoes, vegetables & béarnaise sauce. Served with homemade au jus. Add $48 for an additional person.
