Tucked inside the Royal Canadian Lodge, Evergreen Restaurant is led by Chef Samir, who crafts dishes inspired by global flavours while celebrating local ingredients. The open kitchen brings the culinary artistry to life in a classic, inviting setting.

Evergreen Lounge offers small plates, comfort foods, craft cocktails, local brews, and fine wines. Perfect for sharing or savouring solo, the lounge invites you to relax, enjoy a drink, and catch a game in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Artisan Avocado Toast ($19): Toasted sourdough bread topped with fresh avocado, tomatoes, seed mix, extra virgin olive oil. Add a poached egg for $2.50. Add smoked salmon for $9.

Madame Montréal ($22): Montréal smoked meat, Swiss cheese & béchamel on Brioche bread, topped with a fried egg
