Brazen is a restaurant lounge serving great cocktails, great food, and an adventurous spirit inspired by the days and characters that built this town and frequented the Alberta Bar. Using locally sourced ingredients, Brazen boldly reinvented classic dishes to create a seasonally inspired menu that offers a true taste of the region.

Smaller Plates ($19-$23): Mushroom pate, tuna tartare, summer squash salad, compressed watermelon, smoked trout doughnut, bison carpaccio, kohlrabi salad

Brunch: Served 7 am-2 pm daily

Grilled Cheese Benedict ($24): Oka & brie cheese, tomato relish, sourdough, 2 poached eggs, house smashed potato, sauce Choron. Add smoked salmon for $6. Add Canadian bacon for $6

Turkish Eggs ($23): 2 poached eggs, lamb sausage, toasted sourdough, garlic dill yogurt, chili oil, avocado, pickled onion, lemon zest

Avocado Toast ($23): Avocado, arugula, goat cheese, 2 poached eggs, pomegranate seed, pumpkin seed, pickled onion, sourdough. Add house potato hash for $3, smoked salmon for $6, or Canadian bacon for $6

Classic Breakfast ($23): 2 eggs any way, choice of chicken sausage, bacon, or Canadian bacon, sourdough, house smashed potato. Substitute for lamb sausage, add $6. Substitute for 5 oz steak, add $14

Stuffed Banana Bread French Toast ($21): Mascarpone & banana cream, shaved chocolate, blueberry coulis, maple glaze, corn flake crust. Add bacon for $3

Parfait ($17): Botanical yogurt, house granola, blueberry coulis, seasonal fruit

Royale with Cheese ($25): Two 4oz Alberta beef patties, Brazen sauce, burger cheese, pickled shallot, lettuce. Choice of side salad or house smashed potatoes

Bison Kofta Wrap ($27): Ground bison, saffron tabouleh, za’atar spiced yogurt, pickled onion, house grilled flatbread. Choice of side salad or house smashed potatoes

Steak Stack ($28): 5 oz Certified Angus Beef, green peppercorn tomato relish, garlic aioli, house potato hash. Add a sunny side egg for $4

Smoked Meat Pie ($26): House smoked meat, mac & cheese, house pie dough. served with green salad

Schaffer’s Fish & Chips ($25): Halibut cheek, fried mashed potato, minted peas, dill aioli, malt vinegar

Classic Hot Chicken Sandwich ($25): Open faced sandwich, pulled chicken, herbed gravy, green peas, stuffing, brussel sprout and cranberry slaw
