Brazen is a restaurant lounge serving great cocktails, great food, and an adventurous spirit inspired by the days and characters that built this town and frequented the Alberta Bar. Using locally sourced ingredients, Brazen boldly reinvented classic dishes to create a seasonally inspired menu that offers a true taste of the region.

Classic Breakfast $18: Eggs any way, choice of chicken apple sausage, bacon, or Canadian bacon, crispy potato, toast
The Brazen Raisin French Toast $19: Miso caramel, candied pecans, drunken raisins, cinnamon butter
Parfait $18: Lemon curd, Greek yogurt, house preserve, toasted granola, blueberries
Croque Madame $19: Canadian bacon, hollandaise, Swiss cheese, sunny egg, crispy potato
Avocado Toast $18: Avocado, pickled red onion, sprouted lentils, mint vinaigrette, 2 poached eggs, crispy potato
Grilled Cheese Benedict $21: Gruyere cheese & brie, Uprising sourdough, sauce choron, 2 poached eggs, crispy potato. Add duck or smoked salmon for $8. Add Canadian bacon for $6

Mount Royal with Cheese $26: 6 oz certified Angus beef burger, Montreal smoked meat, Swiss cheese, gaufrettes, poutine gravy, Dijon aioli, dill pickle, crispy potato
