Diners can enjoy three unique dining experiences in the Dome including brunch, après, and dinner. Executive Chef Robert Ash has created excellent dining experiences for the whole family. The family-style brunch includes make-your-own mimosas and breakfast favourites such as eggs Benedict and buttermilk pancakes. The après experience features house-made preserves and cured meats paired with locally sourced cheese and Canadian wine. The indulgent five-course dinner features locally inspired flavours and ingredients, including the Brant Lake Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and the Long Bone Bison Short Rib. Guests can also sip on Rundle Bar’s hand-crafted cocktails while enjoying their perfectly intimate dining experience.

For the winter, the Dome is on the Upper Bow Valley Terrace, with views of the beautiful hotel, Bow River and surrounding mountainscapes. The dome will move to another picturesque location this spring. The Dome provides a year-round dining experience. There is interior heating in the dome, but the hotel still recommends warm layers and winter footwear during the cold months! The dining experience will not be available if the temperature is below -20°C.
