The Market Bistro is a hidden gem tucked away in Three Sisters Mountain Village. Bike or walk from town along trails that follow the beautiful Bow River. Chef Anthony Rabot works with Chef Danny Beaullieu to bring fresh, locally sourced meals to your plate. The restaurant features a three-course menu du jour and home baked treats. They also have locally roasted coffee. Buy L’Epicerie Fine products such as pâtés, pickled goods and confits. The Market Bistro offers weekly and weekend specials as well as chef’s daily inspiration meals.

The Market Bistro has big windows and an open kitchen. They also have local art on the walls, which is for sale. The quiet patio has lots of shade in the summer as well as beautiful mountain views. Chef Anthony Rabot won “Chef of the Festival” at Canmore Uncorked several times.

CBC food critic John Gilchrist called Rabot’s lemon pie “the best ever.”
