Sauvage is an experience driven restaurant in the heart of Canmore (formerly Tapas Restaurant).
Tucked away from the busy heart of town, you will find a charming character home on a sleepy side street, you may smell our fresh breads baking, or the sweet smell of the garden surrounding us, just a few of the sensuous experiences awaiting you.
Chefs Tracy Little and Renee Saulnier connected through their love of the mountains, of food and foraging. They incorporate this into everything they do with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship. The servers will guide you in your experience, whether it be a la carte, through our Tasting Menu, or maybe an interactive story heralding from adventures in the wild.
