Rustica Steakhouse is one of two Bow Valley restaurants to make the “150 Best Neighbourhood Gems in Canada for 2017” list. These awards, created to help celebrate Canada 150, reflect 480,000 opinions submitted by diners that use the OpenTable reservation system. So what is Rustica’s secret for success? It’s the beef! This elegant timber framed steakhouse with cobblestone patio serves Prime grade steaks (a ranking reserved for the top 3% of beef in Canada) that are signature seasoned and grilled at 1500°F.
