Heat and serve a three-course meal that includes maple roasted butternut squash soup, bourbon braised bison short ribs, chocolate lava cake with a raspberry coulis and a bottle of prosecco. The first two courses of this meal are gluten free, and the dessert can be substituted for a gluten free option as well. This special is available for takeout and delivery on Feb 13 and 14.
